The annual Heritage Day and Kielbasi Festival celebration is this Saturday in Shenandoah.
Police in the borough have announced parking restrictions in place for the day of the highly-anticipated event.
There will be no parking from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. in these locations:
- Main St. (from Centre to Washington streets)
- The north side of W. Washington St. (from Main to Jardin streets)
- N. Jardin St. (from Washington to Penn streets)
- N. White St. (from Centre St. and 100 feet north)
There will aso be no parking on S. Jardin St., from Centre to Cherry streets, from 6-11 a.m. on Saturday.
The annual Heritage Day parade begins at 10 a.m. and the Kielbasi Festival runs until 4 p.m. More than 30 food vendors and 50 crafters are expected to line the street for this year’s event.
