A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Schuylkill County man accused of making violent threats against a family member.
Police in Orwigsburg say they were called to a home in the borough on Jan. 31 to speak with the alleged victim of these threats.
The victim said he received messages on Instagram and via text from a family member – identified by police as 35-year-old Nicolas Webber, of Pottsville – that put him and those with him in fear for their safety.
Webber sent the messages using the screen name “Paraghost101”.
In one three-minute video, Webber is seen and heard making threats against the recipient, police say.
Webber says, in part … “This is your callout … If things don’t start going my way, I’m coming for you … I’m going to come for you … I’m gonna whoop your a** and get no charges … I’d rather see you put in jail and let them take you out … When I black out, I can’t promise anything, remember that … So I suggest you carry that, because I’m coming empty-handed.”
Police say Webber also sent a text message that reads, “I’m gonna give you a box for Valentine’s Day.”
Webber is known for his violent behavior, the victim reportedly told police, and has in the past doxxed him.
Police have charged Webber with a misdemeanor count of making terroristic threats and a summary count of harassment.
