The Board of Supervisors of North Manheim Township, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania will consider and vote upon the enactment of an Ordinance on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Municipal Building and Office, located at 303 Manheim Road, Pottsville in North Manheim Township, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
A summary of the proposed ordinance is as follows:
AN ORDINANCE DEFINING AND REGULATING THE POSSESSION AND DISCHARGE OF FIREWORKS, REQUIRING PERMITS AND THE POSTING OF A BOND FOR THEIR USE, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION
