A former Schuylkill County man is wanted on charges that he forced two minors to perform a sex act on him twice several years ago.
According to court documents, Douglas Whiteash, 36, of Seneca in Venango County, is alleged to have forced two minors to touch him in a sexual manner twice over the course of two weeks in 2019.
State Police-Schuylkill Haven received a Childline referral regarding these incidents in January 2022.
The victims in this case underwent interviews at the Dauphin County Child Advocacy Center in July 2024
These alleged acts occurred while Whiteash was living at Hilltop Mobile Home Park in North Manheim Township.
Whiteash is now charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of children and two counts of corruption of minors, third-degree felonies. He’s also facing misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age.
District Magistrate Judge AJ Serina signed an arrest warrant for Whiteash on Tuesday.
