A Schuylkill County woman was recently arrested for allegedly dragging a woman out of a house to her car.
According to court documents, back on April 28, police in Tamaqua were called to a home on Rolling Mill Ave. It was there that Crystal Lissett Dasilva had arrived at a residence there trying to get another woman to come outside.
The other woman refused to come out and Dasilva allegedly then opened the door “violently” and let herself inside. Dasilva then allegedly started assaulting the other woman and then dragged her out to her car.
The woman who called police to report the altercation between the other woman and Dasilva told police that Dasilva had been warned multiple times prior to that day not to come around her house. She also said there was video of the incident on the 28th.
Dasilva has been charged with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for June 24 before District Magistrate Judge Stephen Bayer.
