Based on the way things have gone in recent years, today would have been the day we talked about the storm that was supposed to be but never was.
That doesn’t seem to be the case today. Snow is definitely in the forecast and if it doesn’t mix much with sleet and freezing rain, we could be looking at more than a half-foot of snow before it’s all done early Sunday.
It’s the start of a pretty active weather pattern for us here in the coal region. A substantial amount of rain is already in the discussion for Tuesday and maybe another snow storm next weekend.
Let’s take it one storm at a time, shall we?
