Schuylkill County Commissioners met for a regular Work Session meeting on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at the Courthouse in Pottsville.
At today’s meeting, Commissioners unanimously approved the 2024 Preliminary Budget, which does not call for a tax increase but is not without issues.

Why would anyone want this job,as commissioner? What a large basket of deplorable issues to try to fix. I doubt it’ll get better,with Padora.

The one fella who spoke out quite adamantly about transparency got a lecture from the Commissioners after the meeting about how transparent they think they are. So, there’s that?
