Patrick R. Kirby, 37 – Pottsville Area Class of 2004

Patrick Ryan Kirby, 37, of Northampton, formerly of Pottsville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday at home.

Born on January 9, 1986, in Stroudsburg, he was the oldest son of Patrick W. Kirby and Susan (nee Yalsovec) Kirby, of Pottsville. He was a 2004 graduate of Pottsville High School. He resided in Harrisburg before moving to Northampton 18 months ago. He was currently employed at the Nestle Distribution Center, Breinigsville.

In addition to his parents, Patrick is survived by his fiancée, Nicole Iacocca; his brother, Michael Kirby (spouse, Charissa), Orwigsburg; his godson & nephew, Daniel John Kirby; numerous paternal and maternal aunts and uncles; cousins.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday in St. Patrick Church, 319 Mahantongo Street, Pottsville. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. Dutcavich Funeral Home has charge.
