A Schuylkill County man was arrested recently after police say he showed a McDonald’s employee a lewd picture on his phone.
According to State Police in Frackville, 28-year-old Brandon Haag, of Port Carbon, was in the drive-thru lane of the McDonald’s location in New Castle Twp., near the site of the former Schuylkill Mall.
When Haag approached the drive-thru window to collect his order, police say he showed the restaurant employee a “picture of a random penis” on his phone.
Haag drove off from the scene but video surveillance was used to track him down, police add.
The Port Carbon man is now facing a misdemeanor charge of harassment and a summary disorderly conduct charge, according to court records.
