A Schuylkill County man finds himself facing an embarrassing charge following an incident in Cressona earlier this week.
According to State Police in Schuylkill Haven, they were called to Marsha Drive in Cressona at about 7 on Sunday evening (June 5).
They’d gotten a call that Barry Morgan, 35, was, for lack of a better phrase, no longer master of his own domain and that he was doing it right there in the open on his front porch.
Police list the victims of this alleged crime, those who say they saw it happen, as a 27-year-old female and a 29-year-old male.
Morgan will have to answer to a host of misdemeanor charges filed against him on Wednesday before District Judge Thomas Xavios. Charges include:
- Indecent exposure
- Open lewdness
- Disorderly conduct
- Harassment
He also faces summary charges for public drunkenness.
