The Giant supermarket at Cressona Mall was once again robbed of toilet paper.
State Police in Schuylkill Haven report the latest theft happened back on Feb. 20, a little bit before 5:30 in the afternoon.
Police say two unidentified “male actors” walked into the Giant and grabbed about $30 worth of toilet paper. They left the store without paying and got into an unknown silver-colored sedan.
That getaway sedan was seen going south on Route 61 away from the mall.
An investigation continues into this reported TP theft. Anyone that has information on the toilet tissue theft should probably contact State Police at 570-593-2000.
The incident last month comes nearly a year after the last time someone stole toilet paper from the very same grocery store.
Back in March 2021, police reported that someone stole a “bag of toilet paper” worth about $15. The bag of TP was one of numerous items swept up by unknown shoplifters that day.
