A Schuylkill County woman is facing a harassment charge after police say she hit a man with a piece of crown moulding.
According to information from State Police in Schuylkill Haven, this incident happened back on Dec. 5, just after 2 a.m. on Jackson St. in Port Carbon.
They were responding to a report of a domestic altercation between a 39-year-old woman from Port Carbon and a 42-year-old man from the borough.
Police say they suspect the woman picked up a piece of crown moulding during the quarrel and hit the man in the knee with it. She then fled the scene prior to police arriving.
She’ll be charged with harassment, police say.
