Democrats in Schuylkill County gathered Saturday afternoon for a walk through downtown Pottsville showing support for the party’s Presidential ticket.

About 40 people attended the event billed as a walk for the Biden-Harris ticket.

The group of Democrats met in front of Schuylkill County Courthouse and walked through downtown Pottsville waving their Biden-Harris signs and chanting popular campaign slogans.

Along the way, a number of people honked their horns in support of the cause. The group also encountered a few people who’d yell their support for President Trump or their disdain for Joe Biden. But there were also people who didn’t join the walk but did yell out the window “F— DONALD TRUMP”.

Someone even blared what sounded like a song – not a very good one – that just repeats that line over and over.

The Biden-Harris supporters made their way up to Schuylkill County Democrat Headquarters just off Garfield Square and then came back to the Courthouse. Once back in front of the Courthouse, the group held a short candlelight vigil for recently deceased Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

LMFAO! This is as much of a joke as the plagairist muppet fool these idiots chose to run with. Slow Joe, and his ads, childishly name-call the President a liar without any proof and all they could get to gather for this was less than 40 people, some of which, as we can see in the photos, don’t even look old enough to vote. I wonder how many people would show up to something like this for Trump? At a guess? Quite a bit more than less than 40 and all of them will be old enough. Thanks for the laugh, dummycrats.

I walked. Not just Dems. Some R’s & Indies too. Thanks for the fair coverage. Keep out-hustling local, traditional press. Rob,you’re right. A Trump rally would sell out Martz with overflow at the Castle, but the Skook ain’t 2016 anymore. No longer a county of just low self-esteemers.

Glad to see the Democratics are standing up in Pottsville, the home of my ancestors. Biden and Harris will fight for working people and keep us safe. Trump and company are liars and grifters who only care about the money they can pull in from their White House positions. He cares nothing about the deaths from COVID-19.
Vote the democratic ticket and change the Pennsylvania statehouse blue so we can allow working people to have a decent life.
