The holiday weekend is a great time to think about adding a furry friend to your home and this week, we’ve got four more pets to show you that are ready to make yours their next fur-ever home.
Russell and Milo are really special cats that are some of the friendliest we’ve met over the 10 weeks of our Fur-iday Friends series.
And Peanut and Bill and some fun-loving dogs that especially need to find their new homes ASAP.
So, before you get your Labor Day cookout plans underway, spend some of your 3-day weekend thinking about bringing one of these wonderful animals into your home right away.
Let’s meet this week’s Fur-iday Friends:
Russell
Russell is a very outgoing 2-year-old who desperately wants your attention when he’s ready for you.
He likes things on his terms (so, very cat-like). Russell would work best in a calmer household and would not work well in a home with a dog.
He came to the shelter as a stray and is neutered, up-to-date on his shots and has tested negative for leukemia and FIV.
Milo
Milo is somewhere between 5-6 years old and a very good boy. He’s super-friendly and a great listener.
Milo is tolerant of other cats and would do great in a home with kids.
He is neutered, up-to-date on his shots and negative for leukemia and FIV so he’s ready to call your home his new fur-ever home.
Bill
Bill is an energetic and playful 4-year-old pitbull.
He reportedly gets along well with other dogs when he’s introduced to them slowly.
Bill is not good with cats and he’s never been in a home with kids.
He’s house-trained and does get along well with strangers.
Peanut
Peanut is a really friendly 5-year-old Doberman/pitbull mix. He’s definitely not shy around the camera.
This fun-loving dog is good around strangers, kids, and really loves people, in general. He’s not good around other dogs or cats.
Peanut is house-trained and has a moderate activity level.
