Members of Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Schuylkill Haven Area Business Association, and some elected officials gathered to help Iron Valley Real Estate cut the ribbon to celebrate its grand opening along Main St.
Iron Valley Real Estate – Schuylkill is located at 950 E. Main St., Suite 104, in North Manheim Twp., just over the Schuylkill Haven line. Check out the business’s website here.

“In the industry that became complacent, (Iron Valley Real Estate) has really stepped up the competition,” Guy Julian, co-owner of the business says.
Julian, a Shenandoah native who now lives in Hegins, is a veteran of the real estate business in Schuylkill County and is co-owner of this Iron Valley location with his partner, Kristen Obert.
“They provide a high level of service using the latest technology. We’re on the cutting edge,” Julian says of Iron Valley.
Some of those cutting-edge tools, Julian says, give agents the ability to manage digitized documents and do a comparable market analysis.
During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Schuylkill Haven Borough Council President Jerry Bowman says he believes southern Schuylkill County is a burgeoning real estate market right now.
“I think there’s really a bright future here,” Bowman says.
