This Work Session meeting signals a return to the more traditional format for these meetings, in which County government department heads address Commissioners with their requests but no formal votes are taken.
They’ll likely be addressed with votes during next week’s regular board meeting.
Commissioners did take one vote during this meeting, to ratify the designee approved contracts for the previous month. Essentially, that’s a vote to approve paying the bills for these contracts.
