Thousands in Cash Stolen in Reported Home Robbery in Schuylkill County

Police in Schuylkill County are investigating a reported home robbery earlier this month.

According to information from State Police in Schuylkill Haven, they responded to a call from a home on Kiehner Rd. in Wayne Township back on March 8. The caller told police he’d been robbed.

Police say an unknown burglar gained access to the house and was able to removed $2,700 in cash.

The resident at this location says the burglary happened between March 3-8.

Police are asking anyone with information about this reported burglary to call the Schuylkill Haven barracks at 570-754-4600.
