A Schuylkill County man was sentenced to 3 months time served and 3 years of supervised release for threatening FBI agents on social media.
According to the US Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, 42-year-old Joshua Frisch, of Frackville, pled guilty to threatening FBI agents online in the performance of their official duties.
On Nov. 12 and Nov. 13, 2022, Frisch admitted to posting threats on X and Truth Social that were designed to interfere with the agents.
The nature of those posts is not disclosed in information provided by the US Attorney’s Office.
