UPDATE: National Weather Service has extended the Flood Warning until 4:30 p.m. on Monday.

National Weather Service has placed Schuylkill County under a Flood Warning. The warning currently expires at noon Monday.
Most of the heaviest rain has finally moved out of the area but some areas are experiencing flooding, especially at creeks and other low-lying areas.
Close to 3 inches of rain has fallen here in Schuylkill County since it began yesterday.
Overnight and into this morning, first responders have been extremely busy tending to flooded properties and downed trees.
Strong wind is expected throughout the day on Monday, which could lead to more felled trees and possibly some power outages in the area.
In addition to Schuylkill County, Columbia, Lancaster, Lebanon, Sullivan, and York counties are also included in the Flood Warning.
