Police in Schuylkill County are still investigating an argument between an employer and an ex-employee a few weeks ago.
According to information released by State Police-Schuylkill Haven, this incident happened back on Oct. 14, a little before 10 a.m., along Coal Mountain Rd. in West Brunswick Twp.
Police say an ex-employee went to his former boss’ house in West Brunswick. Apparently, the ex-employee had issues with pay and property they allegedly left at a job site. A disagreement on those issues led to an argument.
The employer told their ex-employee to leave the property. At that time, the ex-employee became “extremely irate,” according to police information.
The ex-employee was reportedly told several more times to leave the property by their ex-boss but refused to do so and apparently got even more heated about the situation.
Police say the employer then reportedly pulled a pistol from his waistband and “held the pistol along his side.”
An investigation into this incident is still ongoing. No charges have been filed, based on a search of court records.
