During the Oct. 18 Schuylkill County Commissioners Work Session meeting, several residents of the Good Spring area in the west end of the county expressed their concerns about an ongoing stench issue.
The stench is coming from a biosolids processing facility known as Natural Soil Products, operated by Tully Environmental, based in Flushing, NY.
In other actions, the Commissioners approved a contract with Service Access Management to temporarily (for now) handle fiscal responsibilities for the County’s Office of Senior Services.

Great public comments given at this meeting. Hope voters and taxpayers are listening. Thank you for posting this video, so the public can see what is going on at these meetings. The commissioners don’t seem to respond or answer questions. Why not? They don’t know the answers? Thank you.
