Guns Reported Stolen Near Pine Grove

A Washington Township man says someone stole 5 guns from his home some time last month.

According to information released by State Police-Schuylkill Haven, the reported theft happened anytime between Sept. 2 and Sept. 12 at a home on Flying Hill Lane, outside Pine Grove.

The owner there says someone burgled 5 firearms from his residence. Police describe the guns as the following:

• Ruger P89DC 9mm
• A pair of double-barrel shotguns
• A .22 caliber revolver
• Henry “Golden Boy” lever-action rifle

An investigation into the reported burglary is ongoing, police say.
