Police are investigating an apparent bomb thread made on the Turkey Hill convenience store in Shenandoah earlier this week.
According to State Police in Frackville, an unknown person reportedly phoned in a bomb threat to that Turkey Hill location on Monday afternoon, just before 5 p.m.
Police say the call came from a blocked phone number and the caller reportedly threatened to blow something up inside the store.
A bomb-sniffing dog was employed by State Police, which searched the store and surrounding area. It did not net any results for a bomb, police say.
