A Reading man is facing a indecent exposure and disorderly conduct charges after allegedly admitting to police that he was no longer master of his domain during a drive through Schuylkill County last month.
According to information from State Police in Frackville, this incident happened back on Feb. 23, just before 4 p.m. on Interstate 81-South in Delano Twp., Schuylkill County.
At that time, police say they received a call from a West Virginia woman who was driving on I-81 at the time. The woman apparently told police that she saw a man in another vehicle masturbating.

The West Virginia woman was able to give police a registration number of the vehicle containing the masturbator.
Police say they tracked down the vehicle owner and identify him as a 26-year-old man from Reading, Berks County. During their interview, the Reading man allegedly admitted to masturbating in the middle of the day in his vehicle while driving on I-81.
