Police in Pottsville are asking for the public’s help in identifying two men suspected of providing false ID to a city business.
Pottsville PD posted a video on its Facebook page on Tuesday afternoon. The video shows two men entering Aaron’s, a rent-to-own store in Pottsville’s Yorkville section.
Surveillance footage captured from inside the store shows two men – one white and one black – entering the store on Jan. 3. One of the men is bald and has a noticeable limp. He’s wearing bright red or orange sneakers with a coordinating T-shirt under a black sweat suit. He’s also wearing a face mask.
The other man is shown in a blue hoodie with blue, black, and white sneakers and a pair of jeans. He’s also wearing a face mask of some sort and upon entering the store, puts his hoodie over his head.
Police say the duo provided false identification to Aaron’s staff to rent something from the store.
