$10K in Cash, 2 Guns Reported Stolen from Cressona Home

A Blandon man says someone stole a pair of guns and $10,000 in cash from him at a house in Cressona.

According to State Police in Schuylkill Haven, the theft was reported back on Dec. 23 at a home on Judy Drive in Cressona.

There, police say 30-year-old Freddy Jean-Paul, 30, of Blandon, reported someone took the guns and cash some time between 5:50 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Jean-Paul says someone swiped a 9mm pistol as well as a pistol-grip AK-47. He also claims someone broke into a small safe at the property and took $10,000 in cash from it.
