The flasher has struck several times.
Norwegian Township Flasher on the Loose
Here’s a breakdown of the incidents that’ve been reported to police since the beginning of August:
- On Aug. 11, a woman reported going to the bathroom at Fairlane Village Mall. As she entered the bathroom, she ran into a man there. He allegedly showed the woman who he was and then dashed out of the bathroom and then the mall.
- A few days later, on Aug. 15, a woman was visiting a cemetery in Norwegian Township. She tells police that a man sitting in his vehicle at the cemetery at the time got out. The woman says the man was naked. He got back into his vehicle and drove off into the woods.
- And then on Aug. 24, presumably back at the mall, another woman went in to use the facilities and encountered a man who exposed himself and then ran out of there.
No incidents have been reported since then.
The flasher is described only as a white man.
If anyone thinks they know who the flasher is, they’re asked to call the Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers tip line at 1-800-4PA-TIPS or PSP-Schuylkill Haven at 570-754-4600.
