A shopper at the Fairlane Village Mall outside Pottsville sure got an eyeful earlier this month.
According to information from State Police in Schuylkill Haven, a 36-year-old woman from Blakely, Lackawanna County, was at the mall around 3 p.m. on Aug. 11.
At some point during her visit, the woman was approached by an unnamed man.
The woman then reports that this unknown man … well, he took it out.
It. Out.
The man showed her who he was by exposing himself to her.
But that wasn’t the end of the encounter.
He then asked the woman if he could pay her in order to look at her feet.
