Two Middleport residents have been charged with harassment following a fight in the borough Friday afternoon.
According to State Police in Frackville, they were dispatched to a home on Walnut St. in Middleport just before 5 p.m. for a report of a disturbance.
Following an investigation, police say that Joseph Rolenaitis, 28, pushed and slapped a 45-year-old woman during the altercation. Rolenaitis is also accused of punching another woman, Erin McGinley, 24, in the cheek.
Police say McGinley returned the favor and hit Rolenaitis in the cheek, too.
She and Rolenaitis are facing harassment charges for their role in the fracas.
