I watched a video of a guy go into a Walgreens in San Fran – fill up a garbage bag full of items from the shelf – throw them on a bicycle that he rode into the store – all the while under the watchful eye of store security and then ride his bicycle out the door. And we’re looking for a woman who stole some food for her cat. What is going on!!!
