Pine Grove House Showing Spoiled by Homeless Man in the Garage

According to a report from State Police in Schuylkill Haven this week, the incident happened back on May 16 at about 9 a.m.

The homeowner was showing her house on Lovers Lane in Pine Grove to someone interested in buying it. Presumably, the showing was going as they normally do until they got to the house’s attached garage.

That’s where the owner and prospective buyer found a man they suspected of being homeless. The homeowner says the man fled the scene before police could get there.
