Theresa Mary Czaplicki, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away on March 6, 2021 at the age of 70.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Matthew W. Czaplicki, her son Matthew, her daughter Theresa, and her six grandchildren.
A private service will be held for family and close friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Disease Association, Inc., 2595 Interstate Dr. Suite 100, Harrisburg, Pa. 17110 in her memory.
