Trump Lawyers Release Kraken Opening Statement in Voter Fraud Cases

Rudy Giuliani and other lawyers representing President Donald Trump in his appeal of election results said Thursday they have mounting evidence that proves the 2020 election was rigged.

Giuliani said during a lengthy press conference that the amount of voter fraud and vote irregularities amount to a national conspiracy to remove Trump from office.

He was joined at the podium Thursday by fellow attorneys Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis.

Powell, in the recent past, had promised that Trump’s legal team would “release the Kraken” on voter fraud in the 2020 election. If the Kraken was evidence of voter fraud, Thursday was merely the “opening statement” to their case. The real Kraken would be released in a court of law, not a court of public opinion.

But the legal team representing Trump didn’t hold much back on Thursday.

Trump Lawyers Begin to Release the Kraken During Wild Press Conference

Combined with affidavits from witnesses and what they described as alarming data, Trump’s lawyers believe corrupt Democrats at the national level organized and hatched a plan to steal the election and give the victory to Joe Biden.

“This started out as a national conspiracy. This can’t be an accident,” Giuliani said Thursday. “This has been a massive attack on the integrity of the voting system of the greatest democracy on Earth. The people who did this have committed one of the worst crimes that I’ve ever seen.”

Giuliani said that the same pattern carried out in battleground states – including Pennsylvania – on and after Election Night on Nov. 3. The plan included:

• Blocking Republican poll watchers,
• Stuffing the ballot boxes with votes for Biden,
• Changing voting and voter eligibility rules, and
• Using a corrupt voting software, among numerous charges

Trump’s lawyers stressed that what they were producing on Thursday for media consumption was, in fact, evidence in the form of sworn affidavits. But it wasn’t all their evidence. And in holding back some evidence, they chastised the media for their lack of or outright false reporting on the President’s legal fights against the results of the election as we’ve seen so far.

Giuliani said, as he outlined parts of the cases they’re planning to fight in states across the country, that because nearly the same thing happened in each state, this fraud had to be part of a bigger plan.

“It’s not a singular voter fraud in one state. This pattern repeats itself. This was not an individual idea of 10 or 12 Democrat bosses. This is a plan. You would have to be a fool not to realize that,” he said. “They do the same thing in exactly the same way in 10 Democrat controlled, in most cases crooked, cities. They picked the places where they could get away with it.”

He added that what happened in the 2020 election wasn’t voter fraud as much as it was election official fraud.

Giuliani Says Pennsylvania Election Trashed by Corrupt Philadelphia Democrats

Of course, one of those battleground states is Pennsylvania. Giuliani said voter fraud in Philadelphia is not uncommon.

“There are enough voter fraud cases in Philadelphia to fill a library,” he said. “The only surprise is if I found that Philadelphia hadn’t cheated in this election.”

The former New York City Mayor then spelled out some evidence that Pennsylvania’s vote was corrupted by Democrats in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.

Giuliani said the current vote margin in Pennsylvania is 69,140 votes in favor of Biden. He said the Trump legal team is now at 682,770 ballots for which there was no inspection of the ballots before they were tabulated.

“It was a mail ballot. Mail ballots are particularly prone to fraud,” he said.

Giuliani said the Democrats, in attempting to pull off this voting scheme, were good.

“They were good but I don’t know if they were that good because they made significant mistakes, like all crooks do,” he said. “And we caught ’em.”

Blocking Republican Inspectors of Mail-In Ballots in Pennsylvania

The Trump team says they have their best evidence in Pennsylvania that votes were illegally counted. Giuliani said that Republican inspectors were not allowed to witness the unsealing of mail-in ballots to verify signatures on their outer envelopes. He said that once those envelopes are opened, they’re thrown in the trash so there is no way of knowing if any of those ballots — all 682,770 of them – are legit.

Giuliani said those ballots in Pennsylvania should be considered “null and void” and removed from the vote totals. He said this only happened in 2 places in Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. Everywhere else, he said, there was a legitimate inspection of the ballots.

“If you count the legal votes in Pennsylvania, (Trump) won by about 300,000 votes,” Giuliani said.

Curing Ballots in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh Only

Another area where election fraud occurred in Pennsylvania, according to Trump’s legal team, revolved around curing ballots, or allowing voters who made mistakes the chance to fix ballots before they were cast.

“If you lived in the more Republican or Trump part of the state, you were given no such right,” Giuliani said.

He said that a sworn affidavit from a “Mr. Henry” from Pennsylvania proves that this happened here. This “Mr. Henry” was not allowed to cure a ballot mistake he’d made and it was thrown out. But that’s not what happened in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, where voters were permitted the chance to fix errors, like completing their signature or filling in incomplete ballots.

“There is no provision under the law of Pennsylvania. The Democrat Secretary of State made that up,” Giuliani said. “Clearly voter fraud Easily provable. Hundreds of witnesses, maybe thousands.”

15K Provisional Ballots Cast in Pittsburgh

The Trump teams says that 15,000 provisional ballots were cast in Pittsburgh on Election Day. He said the main reason why provisional ballots were cast in the 2020 election was because voters showed up at the polls to vote but were told they’d already voted. If they still claimed to have not voted, despite voting books at the polls indicating they did, they were permitted to fill out a provisional ballot.

“Why did that happen 15,000 times in Pittsburgh,” Giuliani asked. “Did they forget? That many people with bad memories in Pittsburgh?”

He says what likely happened is that Pittsburgh election officials received ballots that didn’t belong to registered voters. When they did, they just assigned the ballot to an already-registered voter. Giuliani said he’s got people who will testify that that’s what happened to them on Election Day.

Voter Fraud Alleged in Battleground States

In addition to Pennsylvania’s election being corrupted, namely through the mail-in ballots, Trump’s legal team also said they have evidence and sworn affidavits that the same pattern was repeated in the following battleground states that all tipped for Biden after lengthy ballot counts that all mysteriously stopped in the middle of the night after Election Day:

• Michigan
• Wisconsin
• Georgia
• Arizona
• Nevada

Kraken Release? Watch the Full Giuliani, Powell, Ellis Press Conference

Watch the full press conference from Thursday via this stream on Right Side Broadcasting Network. This press conference was only carried live by 1 major news network – Fox News Channel – who later panned what was said, adopting a line used by the other networks’ news coverage.

Rather than covering the press conference, the mainstream media gave its impression of what happened.

One NPR reporter even suggested it was “malpractice” to cover the press conference in a mind-boggling tweet from someone who pretends to support the First Amendment:
