Health officials confirmed 12 new cases of Chinese virus in Schuylkill County over the last 2 days.
Four cases were identified on Monday and another 8 cases of Chinese virus on Tuesday.
The county total, to date, is 200. Two people in Schuylkill County have died while battling coronavirus infection.
Tuesday is the 24th consecutive day of positive Chinese virus cases locally. Here’s a day-by-day breakdown:

The first positive case in Pennsylvania was reported on March 6. The first case in Schuylkill County was reported on March 22.
