Police Rule Deaths in New Philadelphia as Homicides, Identify 2nd Victim - Coal Region Canary

Police have ruled the two people found dead in a wooded area outside New Philadelphia died by homicide. Police have also identified one of the victims as 18-year-old Hunter Mock, of New Philadelphia.
