Rain Gives Way to Wind on Monday
Sunday sure was a miserable way to end the weekend. That raw rain will finally make its way out of the coal region on Monday morning but hang on to your hat the rest of the day.
March is coming in with a bit of a roar in the form of strong winds through the day.
We’ll experience steady wind speeds from 12-17 mph out of the northwest on Monday. Gusts could get as strong as 36 mph. Winds get a little stronger at night with the potential for gusts up to 43 mph.
Looking at the week ahead, one thing seems certain … no snow and no more rain, either.
